These may be the last list of "Operator numbers" that was produced.
As 1991 began, The "Beginning of the end" of the CM trade was arriving quickly, making such things as this document, a footnote to our lives before computers replaced the skills and dedication that CM's brought to the job for the benefit of not only Foreign Affairs but many government departments. All former Communicators should remember that our Foreign Missions abroad could manage without all personnel, EXCEPT the CM group and take pride in that fact and the jobs with did with professionalism and pure dedication.
